We accept returns of unworn shoes in original condition with all packaging within 30 days of delivery.

How to Return

1.  Contact our support team to request a return

2.  Pack items securely in original packaging

3.  Ship back using our prepaid label (US) or your own shipping method (international)

Refunds

- Refunds processed to original payment method within 7 business days

- Exchanges available if inventory permits

- Sale items are final sale

Damaged Items

Report manufacturing defects within 48 hours of delivery for replacement or refund.
